Compliance & HR Administrator

Our client, a highly regarded business services organisation with offices in the heart of the City, is seeking a Data Protection and HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities of the Data Protection & HR Administrator will include:

· Compiling, recording and updating all relevant GDPR records
· Maintaining a database of GDPR agreements
· Responding to Subject Access Requests
· Maintaining data mapping charts of key data processing activities
· Advertising all company vacancies
· Completing all vetting/pre-screening processes for new employees
· Supporting with annual staff appraisals
· Assisting with a range of HR projects

Data Protection & HR Administrator - What we're looking for:

· Previous background in Compliance and vetting/pre-screening is required
· An understanding and knowledge of data protection and the need for confidentiality is also essential
· A minimum of 2 years' experience within an administrative position
· Some exposure to, or an interest in, HR, would be beneficial
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel
