·Making outbound calls to gather information and find out the best contacts, generating warm leads for senior colleagues to close the deal.
·Researching new companies using various search engines and making calls to verify information.
·Speaking with existing customers to update information and check everything is correct
·Checking availability and confirming dates / schedules
The role would suit someone who is confident on the phone and happy making outbound calls, maybe would suit someone interested in a sales / client relations role or someone from a procurement background
The role is 50% outbound telephone based and 50% admin support
Hours 9-5:30 Monday - Friday
