It is an exciting time to join Golden Lane Housing as we continue to build relationships and deliver an excellent service to our internal and external customers. We are looking for two organised and enthusiastic individuals to support the Compliance Officer and Maintenance and Compliance Manager by providing excellent administration support.

You will work with the Compliance Officer and management team to administrate the compliance fields within our legal obligations and to monitor the documentation supporting these compliance areas. You will robustly report any failings within this area to the compliance officer for action. It is important that you have experience with different systems and data management and ideally an understanding of legal paperwork. This role is part time, 20 hours per week. We can be flexible with working hours and are quite happy for the successful candidates to spread their hours over 3 or 5 days.

As we are a busy bunch, we need someone who can hit the ground running and has strong experience of working in a similar environment. This role is extremely varied so requires an individual that can multi-task, prioritise, take direction and work on their own initiative.

Role duties include but are not limited to:

  • Capturing sufficient and accurate notes from meetings, logging decisions and actions and ensuring people are aware of these.
  • Providing diary management & general admin support to the team where needed.
  • Produce programmes and make quality check calls to customers to ensure completed repairs meet GLH standards and statutory requirements
  • Produce regular reports as required
  • General admin duties e.g. raising and checking invoices, processing orders, filing etc.

It is essential that you display our 5 values - Positive, Challenging, Caring, Inclusive and Trustworthy. However, it is essential that you are familiar with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft excel) and Office 365.
