It is an exciting time to join Golden Lane Housing as we continue to build relationships and deliver an excellent service to our internal and external customers. We are looking for two organised and enthusiastic individuals to support the Compliance Officer and Maintenance and Compliance Manager by providing excellent administration support.

You will work with the Compliance Officer and management team to administrate the compliance fields within our legal obligations and to monitor the documentation supporting these compliance areas. You will robustly report any failings within this area to the compliance officer for action. It is important that you have experience with different systems and data management and ideally an understanding of legal paperwork. This role is part time, 20 hours per week. We can be flexible with working hours and are quite happy for the successful candidates to spread their hours over 3 or 5 days.

  • Providing diary management & general admin support to the team where needed.
  • Produce programmes and make quality check calls to customers to ensure completed repairs meet GLH standards and statutory requirements
  • Produce regular reports as required
  • General admin duties e.g. raising and checking invoices, processing orders, filing etc.

Don’t have a background in charity or Learning Disability? No problem, if you want to learn then we can help! Although the right skills and experience is important to us, so are values. It is essential that you display our 5 values - Positive, Challenging, Caring, Inclusive and Trustworthy. However, it is essential that you are familiar with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft excel) and Office 365.
