Compliance and Facilities Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance and Facilities Manager to join this global manufacturer synonymous with quality and a reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for the improvement of operational performance and providing leadership for the Facilities function on site.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Development of an effective planned preventative maintenance schedule for Facilities and Compliance
* Information/document control & management
* Carry out statutory maintenance & inspections and mandatory site maintenance and expectations
* Develop and embed engineering Safe Systems of Work and engineering Safe Operating Procedures
* Manage a safe working permits systems, ensuring compliance
* Support and engage in the H&S, Quality and Environmental roadmaps

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Apprenticeship trained to HNC level in an engineering discipline
* Effluent Plant experience is Essential
* Minimum of 2 years man management
* Knowledge of CMMS

Package and Benefits:
* £40,000 - 50,000
