My client is currently looking for a confident and personable individual to join their Compliance & Legal team to provide additional support in all related Compliance, Complaints and Legal Administration work

The main purpose of the role is to investigate and respond to customer complaints in line with company guidelines and timescales, as well as assisting the Compliance Manager in developing and managing the Compliance function - ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory procedures

The responsibilities will also include;

  • Negotiate suitable resolutions to complaints with Customers under direction of the Compliance Manager
  • Provide detailed summaries of complaints issues for operational meetings
  • Prepare documents and all related correspondence for customer appeals
  • Ensure that complaints are handled effectively and in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in monitoring the firm's regulatory Compliance framework
  • Ensure all GDPR requests are addressed and resolved in line with legislation
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a Compliance monitoring plan
  • Assist with monitoring and reviewing internal Audit functions of the business through continuous quality monitoring

Previous experience in Complaints management and resolution would be an advantage in this role. You will receive full training on Compliance / GDPR policies

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, the client offers onsite parking
