Exciting opportunity to join a growing software business based near Oxford as a Compliance Analyst, offering up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)

The Role

The Compliance Analyst role will be responsible for:

  • managing and maintaining compliance within key systems to a high level of detail
  • analysing data to improve and update systems, identifying trends & patterns
  • process improvement within the systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • systems configuration
  • raise change requests and ensuring compliance with various governance standards

About you

Applicants for the Compliance Analyst role will have:

  • prior experience gained in a similar compliance / analytical role, with experience and a keen interest in data analysis
  • excellent attention to detail, with strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, V Look ups etc.)
  • preferably experienced with CRM systems
  • excellent communication and experience of collaborating with various stakeholders
  • strong interest in technology
