Compliance Analyst
Exciting opportunity to join a growing software business based near Oxford as a Compliance Analyst, offering up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)
The Role
The Compliance Analyst role will be responsible for:
- managing and maintaining compliance within key systems to a high level of detail
- analysing data to improve and update systems, identifying trends & patterns
- process improvement within the systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- systems configuration
- raise change requests and ensuring compliance with various governance standards
About you
Applicants for the Compliance Analyst role will have:
- prior experience gained in a similar compliance / analytical role, with experience and a keen interest in data analysis
- excellent attention to detail, with strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, V Look ups etc.)
- preferably experienced with CRM systems
- excellent communication and experience of collaborating with various stakeholders
- strong interest in technology
