The client is a leading international bank with a strong global presence, who pride themselves on ethical banking practices. The company offers a full spectrum of banking services including retail, corporate, rural, digital banking, insurance, and investment products.

Description

  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, including policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including those reported internally.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and collaborate with senior management to foster a culture of compliance.

Profile

  • Degree/MBA and relevant professional certifications in Compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of UK financial regulations (FCA, PRA), anti-money laundering (AML), and KYC procedures.
  • Proven experience working in compliance within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in the UK regulatory environment.
  • Integrity and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
