Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established business in the Portsmouth.
Due to various ongoing projects within the business our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator /specialist to join the team to support with them on a 9-month contract.
As a Compliance Specialist you will work closely with a small team and senior compliance specialist to assist with various tasks.
As a Compliance Administrator Specialist you will support with
Ensuring that’s the business complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Advising the business on regulatory matters in support of the implementation of a new CRM system.
Supporting key projects that launch new products.
Conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
Supporting the compliance monitoring programme.
Our client is going through a critical project to implement a new CRM system that will transform the way in which our business is supported. As well as participating in usual regulatory compliance tasks, your role will be integral to the delivery of this, and other key projects.
As a Compliance Executive / Specialist you will have the following:
Prior experience of a regulated compliance role is required within a regulated environment
Proven experience of interacting directly and effectively with key business and other internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of risk management principles and processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational, research and technical information gathering skills.
Demonstrate capability to analyse and document complex business processes.
