Compliance Administrator

Our client, a financial services group/IFA firm and network is looking for an organised and efficient administrator with an understanding of FCA rules and the interpretation to join their busy and friendly team in Horsham.

Duties include:-

  • Assist and supper the Compliance Supervisor in administering the supervisory scheme across the network
  • Telephone support
  • Preparing documentation, skills assessments, KPI reports, training evaluation, activity sheets and audit documentation on a daily, monthly, quarterly, bi annual and annual basis
  • Attend quality and risk supervisory team meetings
  • Administration support
  • Liaise effectively and confidently with senior management

Candidates should have experience within financial services, ideally gained in an investment or insurance environment and a good understanding of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office Software.
