We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Compliance Administrator to join the team based at our Head Office in Salford.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, specific responsibilities include:

  • Checking orders comply with standard business requirements
  • Entering details of orders and confirming acceptance
  • Distributing orders to relevant personnel
  • Utilising external order management systems
  • Reconciling order discrepancies
  • Assisting with KPI reports

The suitable candidate for this role must previous experience in an administration/data entry role. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel) is essential.
