We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Compliance Administrator to join the team based at our Head Office in Salford.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, specific responsibilities include:
- Checking orders comply with standard business requirements
- Entering details of orders and confirming acceptance
- Distributing orders to relevant personnel
- Utilising external order management systems
- Reconciling order discrepancies
- Assisting with KPI reports
The suitable candidate for this role must previous experience in an administration/data entry role. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel) is essential.
