Complex Case Handler

Due to continuous development in Cambridge, we have a new opportunity working for the UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle service organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced dynamic team working with a complex case team, managing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships.

Key Duties

  • Invoice completed work on the day of completion and pre-agreed price for work done
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate recharge of warrantable parts and labour
  • Escalate consistent failure by engineers to retain and return parts to business unit management
  • Be proactive in recognising trends that are occurring within OEM parts failures and escalating to management
  • Update and maintain relevant KPI data for warranty and supply management when required

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven track record dealing with warranty claims
  • Managing complicated and ongoing industry-related jobs
  • IT literate
  • Meeting deadlines, task orientated, prioritisation & database management
  • Knowledge of the transport or refrigeration industry is desirable

Additional Information

  • This role has two different working patterns. We require one person to work 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hour days. They also require a second person to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • Free on-site parking
  • Permanent - Full time
  • Salary up to £24k
