Complex Case Handler
Salary up to £24,000
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
We are working with a renowned company who has created new position within the company due to internal growth. The role has been designed to support customers and the call centre with those jobs that are not '1st time fixes'. These jobs can be anything from warranty works required to parts needing to be ordered, to dealing with customer issues. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with complex jobs and issues.
Minimum of 2 years in similar role
Experience in dealing with managing complicated and ongoing industry related jobs and tasks, including planning and proactively chasing and achieving results
Experience in warranty processes and proven track record dealing with warranty claims
