Complex Case Handler role based in Cambridge
Your new company
The Company is the U.K.'s largest independent tail lift and commercial vehicle fleet service and support organisation. They now have over 150 mobile vans covering the UK to provide a 24/7 response to a diverse customer base including 12,000 assets on fleet managed packages. This leading organisation are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team.
Your new role
The successful candidate for the role of Complex Case Worker should have strong experience with dealing with and resolving escalated and complex customer queries. On a day to day basis the role will include a variety of tasks from invoicing pre-agreed works to ensuring claims and warranties are processed. Other key duties will involve: Ensuring all repairs or advisories found on service are followed through and carried out to a high standard; processing warranty claims including dealing and checking payments as well as any other ad hoc duties requested by the team or customers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within the Complex Case Worker you should have a minimum of 2 years in similar role where you had experience in dealing with managing complicated and ongoing industry related jobs and tasks. It would be desirable to have previous experience in warranty processes and proven track record dealing with warranty claims and essential to have extensive experience in dealing with external and internal customers at all levels. Other key skills include: Strong IT and systems skills; High level of accuracy and Knowledge of the transport/refrigeration industry.

The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience, and an excellent benefit package including pension and life assurance.
