Complex Care Lead Nurse - Whitstable

Superior Healthcare Ltd is an independent provider of care and support services for adults and children. We are urgently recruiting for a permanent qualified Registered Nurse to be part of a growing Nursing team based in Whitstable.

As a Lead Nurse based within our Complex Care Division, you will have your own client caseload and will work with clients, their families and professional team to develop, implement and manage care packages that support clients to maintain their health and to enhance their independence.

You will be the nominated line manager for the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for ensuring that they do so safely and compassionately.

You will mentor the team that is responsible for delivering The Superior Healthcare Group's service and be an ambassador for providing "excellence in care".

Paediatric experience is an advantage, and knowledge of tracheotomy/ventilation care and enteral feeding is essential.

You would need to be enthusiastic and reliable, with excellent oral and written skills.
