Completions Officer (BTL / Bridging Finance)

Our client is a highly successful property finance lender based in London. A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Completions Officer to join the operations team.

You will be responsible for processing Bridging Finance and BTL applications from offer through to completion, ensuring all conditions are satisfied and risk exposure is adhered to, working closely with various departments, including legal.

Experience required:

• Minimum 12 months completions experience within a property finance lender.
• Experienced in the end to end mortgage process and in particular the legal process
• from offer to completion
• Experience of Credit Search, Land Registry and fraud avoidance tools
• Proficiency in dealing with Solicitors and Intermediaries (Mortgage Brokers / Finance Brokers).
• Good communication, analytical and numeracy skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a "can do" attitude.
• Team player
