Hudson are working with a leading professional services firm in Edinburgh to appoint an experienced Case Investigator to join their friendly, growing team. You will handle a portfolio of complaints in line with policies, procedures and quality standards from inception through to full investigation of process.
You will assess and investigate your portfolio of complaints in a timely manner, following defined complaints process and quality standards ensuring you always deliver high quality customer service to all stakeholders both internally and externally. You must represent our client's brand in a confident and professional manner at all times, contributing to the effectiveness and success of the business.
Naturally you will resolution focussed, with experience assessing and investigating complaints in an impartial and consistent manner. Your experience will ideally come from a regulatory, professional services or client services environment.
