Complaint Handler

Contractor - £170 per day

Glasgow City Centre G2 3DH

Are you an experienced complaint handler?

Do you have experience within financial services industry?

Do you have an understanding of the products in relation to PPI complaints?

If so, we have a contractor role available within a city centre based financial services organisation offering an excellent daily rate of £170 per day.

Suitable candidates should possess excellent communication skills, good analytical and letter writing skills and high attention to detail. Be highly organised and confident using multiple banking systems. You will be expected to ensure that all complaints are logged on relevant systems and take accountability for prioritising your own workload. The role requires strong investigation skills, administration and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for owning and completing your own case load and will therefore be responsible for the end to end process.

This role is a contractor role, commencing end of January 2019 with predicted end date of October 2019. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. To be considered for the role you will be required to pass pre-employment screening checks; including credit checks and criminal record checks and 5 year referencing.
