We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complaints Handler to work for one of our most well-recognised clients based in the Bradley Stoke area near Bristol. This role will be based out of a modern and spacious contact HUB with free on-site parking and excellent public transport links
This role is a complaints handling position which will see you handling inbound calls from customers of the company who wish to lodge a formal complaint. Following set procedures; you will handle objections from these clients, providing excellent levels of customer service along the way.
We are looking for experienced individuals who have background in complaints/case handling/PPI based role where you have been used to dealing with complex calls and overcoming objections. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service; we are looking for resolute people who are adept at handling formal complaints.
-Full time, 6 month Fixed Term Contract
-Working hours of Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (on occasion, you may be asked to be flexible to the centre opening times of 8am-7pm)
-Salary up to £20,000 depending on experience
-Start date 29th May
-Based in Bradley Stoke
