A 5* gold trusted merchant for the past 5 years, the business model is focused on their quality of service delivered to all customers. The business process over 40,000 new loan applications every month totalling £200 million every month.

The complaints handler position is an imperative function of the business as you will be dealing with issues relating to the finance the customer has received. As the broker, the business have an agreement to deal with all issues on the lenders behalf.

Your position will be to manage a caseload of complaints from customers and you will be acting as a solution provider to the customer. You will be ensuring the issue regarding the finance will be dealt with in a compliant and efficient manner.
