Complaints Handler / Brighton / Insurance
A leading international organisation based in the Brighton area are seeking a Complaints Handler on temporary basis due to a backlog of work.
As temporary Complaints Handler you will be responsible for handling a volume of customer calls regarding their policies.
The requirement is about both telephone and letter writing complaint handling experience and must be within the financial services.
The ideal candidate is immediately available and has previous knowledge of working in an insurance environment handling complaints via the telephone and email.
£12-16 per hour
