Customer Complaints Executive

£21K - £23K + Company Benefits


Full Time - Monday - Friday 9-5.30

Our client is a leading provider of financial services and solutions based in the Nottingham city centre. They have exciting expansion plans to grow their modern contact centre in Nottingham.

Duties include

  • Answering complaints in adherence to FCA and company guidelines
  • Placing the customer first, ensuring quick and efficient complaint resolution
  • Collect and compile information promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate complaints records
  • Identify appropriate individual solutions to a wide variety of complaints

Skills/Experience Required

  • Excellent communication skills including a natural ability to demonstrate empathy and build rapport
  • FCA and/or Complaints experience or similar is desirable
  • Able to make fact based business decisions
  • Honest and trustworthy values
