The opportunity to join a Finance company within the Complaints departments as a Complaints Handler based in Cardiff. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000 with a well-rounded benefit package. If you have proven Complaints and Customer Service skills within a FCA regulated environment then this would be the role for you.
As a Complaints Handler your role will be to take ownership of the issue, log it in accordance with the company policy while investigating. You will complete administrative duties within the Customer Resolution department to support the complaints process. You will provide excellent service to customers, respond to queries and requests within the time guidelines set.
Skills / Experience
- Experience of working within a customer service focused environment
- Experience of complaint handling within a FCA regulated environment
- Experience of working on computer systems and using databases
- Good communication skills with attention to detail
