What you’ll do:

  • Become a product expert and guardian of our brand.
  • Produce responses to complaints and fraud claims in line with our brand values.
  • Identify areas of our systems, processes or training that may cause complaints and implement ways to improve them.
  • Feedback any trends or issues to the wider business.

What you'll need:

  • Ability to form well constructed arguments, both orally and in writing, and communicate to the highest level.
  • Problem solver and ability to make decisions effectively.
  • To be target driven and motivated to be the best.

  • Ambition, if you don’t see work as a fundamental part of your life this probably isn’t the job for you.

  • Grit, we have high expectations and you need the ability to stick at it.

  • Competitive nature, whatever you do you want to excel at it and are constantly looking at ways to improve.

  • Honesty, if you make a mistake, don’t cover it up or make excuses, admit it, learn from it and move on.

  • Flexibility - Be happy to switch gears and adapt quickly to changing tasks, projects and business needs.

  • To articulate well with strong written and verbal English.
