FCA Regulated Complaints Handler required for 3 month working from home - £150 a day

Your new role

Your new role will involve taking control of the full complaints process form opening to close to ensure a a quick and a accurate resolution is found to all complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

Must have previous experience as a complaints handler from within a FCA regulated company/organisation.

  • Objection handling skills
  • Complaints handling
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

What you'll get in return

Working from home with all equipment provided

£150 a day
