Complaints Handler/Customer Service Advisor

  • Working through complaint emails that customers have sent in
  • Email writing back to customers with some occasional telephone contact
  • Able to use initiative to gain further information where needed
  • The focus is customer service for retail and business banking and the customer complaints will be complaints regarding digital/online/apps/phone banking
  • Strong communication skills is KEY - verbal, reading and written
  • Strong previous customer service skills (don't need to necessarily have complaints)
  • IT literate - Microsoft office
