Complaints & Compliance Officer

My client is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident candidate to join their Compliance department due to continued growth in the team

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will cover a range of tasks including Complaints Management and Resolution, Compliance monitoring and reporting and general assistance with other areas in the department as required. The role will be perfect for someone who enjoys investigating and resolving complaints but who wants to get more involved in other areas of compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Ensure that all complaints are managed and resolved in line with company policy and guidelines
  • Provide accurate and detailed summaries of complaints for Operational meetings
  • Prepare documents and associated correspondence throughout the complaints process
  • Assist in monitoring the company's compliance framework through call monitoring and document checking
  • Ensure all correspondence and work completed by the business is in line with current legislation
  • Assist the Compliance Director with internal Audit procedures and continuous quality monitoring
