Hudson are working with a leading professional services firm in Edinburgh to appoint an experienced Committee Clerk to join their friendly, growing team. You will handle complaints in line with policies, procedures and quality standards at the end of the process and make final decisions.

You will assess and investigate detailed complaints in a timely manner, following defined complaints process and quality standards ensuring you always deliver high quality customer service to all stakeholders both internally and externally. You must represent our client's brand in a confident and professional manner at all times, contributing to the effectiveness and success of the business.

Naturally you will resolution focused, with experience assessing and investigating complaints in an impartial and consistent manner. Your experience will ideally come from a regulatory, professional services or client services environment.
