Page Personnel are recruiting multiple Complaints Advisors to join a leading financial service business in Bradford

Client Details

Our client is a highly established financial services provider, with rich heritage in the sector. Due to exciting changes within the business, they are looking to grow the complaints team with the addition of multiple Complaints Advisors

Description

Key Responsibilities ;

  • First contact for all escalated complaints within the organisation
  • Investigate the root cause of complaints, feeding back recommendations to stop the same issues happening again
  • Communicate with customers and keep them informed on the progress of their complaints, via phone and E-mail
  • Use all information available to reach an outcome on the complaint, creating a decision that is clear to the customer, informing them of the reasoning behind the outcome
  • Work to FCA guidelines to ensure all regulations are upheld

Profile

Successful Candidate ;

  • End to end complaints management process (essential)
  • Experience working within the Financial Service sector
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly explain decision outcomes in written format

Job Offer

This is a permanent full time role, working Monday to Friday, 27.5 hours per week. Based within an Excellent Bradford city centre location, the role offers a fantastic salary of £21,000
