Kelly Services are working in partnership with a business located in Nottingham city centre. The company are seeking Complaints Advisors to join their team. You will possess strong customer service and administration skills.
Your new role
As a Complaints Advisor you will liase with customers by email, telephone and letter to resolve their complaint. You will need to investigate the complaint in full and come to a resolution for the customer. You will be responding to customer by letter so having great written communication skills are a must.
To succeed in the role
You will need to have previous contact centre experience and Complaints experience would be ideal. You will need the ability to remain calm and work under pressure. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will need to be IT literate and have excellent written communication and attention to detail.
In return, the client offer an hourly pay of £8.50ph that increases to £9.10 an hour after 12 weeks. The hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday-Friday with one in 3 Saturdays worked.
