We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and ongoing career opportunities.

Due to departmental expansion and an increase in business activity within their back office function, they are now seeking to recruit an additional number of Associates.

These are varied opportunities within their Workplace Investing team. No two days are the same, where you will be responsible for managing all levels of operational resolutions and enquiries on a portfolio of client accounts. This can include fully investigating, researching, analysing and resolving, as well as providing feedback, advice and specific recommendations to the operational teams in terms of areas of improvement.

The client is seeking experience either from those with any level pension’s experience (these roles are ideal if you are looking to move away from "day-to-day" administration) or from someone who has been working within a complaints type role and who is now looking to develop and progress their career. Either way, these administrative based role can offer ongoing training and opportunities to become a technical expert in this type of environment.

This is very much an administrative role and not a phone based role that will allow you to progress over the long-term within the department of the wider business.
