Complaint Resolution Handler - Glasgow
· Are you an experienced Complaints Handler who enjoys thorough investigative work?
· Do you have experience of end to end complaint handling?
· Are you capable of juggling a high-volume caseload?
· Do you keep up to date with regulatory compliance?
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and you understand the need for both empathy and logic whilst handling customer complaints.
You are from a Financial Services background which will allow you to transition seamlessly into this fast-paced role.
You’ll be able to apply a problem-solving mindset to resolve customers issues, whilst providing continuous updates to customers throughout the journey of their complaint.
You’re familiar with data protection and compliance and understand the importance of keeping customer information confidential. You’re someone who always strives for high professional standards and are willing to keep your industry knowledge fresh and current.
You’re committed to excellent customer service and have a positive mindset.
You’re someone who is dedicated to continuous improvement and collaboration with both internal and external customers in order to get the best results. You are familiar with regulatory compliance such as the FCA Handbook and the Consumer Credit Act.
You’re flexible, able to work five shifts over seven, and are capable of teamwork and independent workload.
You have excellent attention to detail and are keen to work for a growing company, where you will get significant development and progression.
