Your new role
You will be working as a complaints handler, seeing complaint cases through from end to end and resolving them quickly and efficiently. You will also be delivering excellent customer service throughout.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a complaints role, and be able to consistently deliver excellent customer service. You will also be reliable and dedicated.
What you'll get in return
You will be working on a rotating shift basis working 8am to 4pm the first week and 12pm to 8pm the second week, with one in 3 Saturdays. You will be paid £8.50 an hour which is inclusive of holiday pay for the first 12 weeks, when the role goes permanent and your pay will increase to £9.10 an hour.
