Our client based in Theale is looking for a Complaint Handler.
The Complaint Handler will be joining a small yet friendly team, with a welcoming environment and passion for delivering excellent service to customers. This company are growing well established within their market and are looking for people who want to further their excellent brand reputation.
The Complaint Handler will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team and sales directors
- Answering all client queries
- Processing all information on the system
- Arranging delivery with 3rd parties
- Proving solutions to any issues that arise
- Helping to ensure that the Sales Team are able to work as efficiently as possible
The Complaint Handler will be:
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated and passionate about the role
- Experienced in a similar role
- Able to deal with difficult customers and work well under pressure
