Competitions Administrator, £11.62 per hour, Swindon

Your new role
You will work within the Applications and Assessment team and support with the grant delivery process. You will work as part of a large team and will be responsible for general competitions administration, application processing, providing support to Competition Managers, dealing with queries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders and processing invoices. Additionally, you will support with the organisation and coordination of competition assessments and assessors.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need proven administrative skills, be able to work to agreed SLAs and problem-solve effectively. You will need good IT literacy as you will use variety of systems in this role. Your verbal and written communication skills will need to be well honed as you will liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.
What you'll get in return
You will earn £11.62 per hour (premium rate - inclusive of holiday). This will be paid on a weekly basis.
