Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Our client, based in Lincolnshire, who deliver services to reputable Construction organisations are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist on a permanent basis.The working hours for the post are based on a 37.5 hour week. Our client is looking to interview as soon as possible and salary for the position is negotiable dependent on experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Managing the company car scheme and all associated tasks such as insurance, contract negotiations, policy updates and renewals

* Providing reward advice, expertise and support to the HR Manager and HR Business Partner

* Administering pension schemes and acting as the first point of contact for pension providers and employees

* Acting as the first point of contact for all benefit providers, negotiating cost effective rates and administering process renewals

* Producing long service rewards for employees including sending out letters and ordering vouchers

* Managed the intranet involving updating HR benefit pages and publishing new information relating to benefits

* Providing calculations and coordinating on gender pay gap reporting across the UK
