Macmillan Davies is currently partnering with an outstanding Global organisation for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist based out of Geneva.
This role is responsible for supporting the leadership with the strategy and design of all compensation and Benefits activities.
*Effectively design the compensation, benefits, insurance and wellbeing programs.
*Manage the relationships with all stakeholders and closely monitor trends in order to proactively propose and design solutions.
*Oversight of the implementation and change management process.
*Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners, HRSSC and the HR PMO.
*Provide strong expertise in the areas of compensation and benefits, and act as an escalation point for all matters.
*At least 7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits within a Global organisation.
*A well demonstrated grasp of human resources, with special emphasis on compensation, benefits and wellbeing at a strategic and operational level;
*Demonstrated success with the management of Performance and/or Talent Management in Workday;
*Strategic planning capabilities and ability to successfully operationalize strategies and collaborate with others through implementation;
*Proven management consulting skills;
*Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity and professional judgment and credibility;
This role requires an excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese or Russian.
