Your new company
A dynamic retail brand with offices globally, are recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Manager with global mobility experience to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the reward function for the UK, based in their Head Offices. You will manage all compensation and benefits as well as international moves internally.
This will include all cyclical compensation activities, pay reviews, benchmarking and bonus allocation, as well as managing the full benefits package including negotiating with suppliers and ensuring a fantastic offering for the employees.
You will have responsibility for the HR reporting for the wider business too.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an energetic and commercially driven Reward Manager looking to join a fast paced global organisation. You will have had responsibility for managing compensation and benefits, and also been involved in global mobility.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of Workday.
