Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on managing and communicating compensation policies and data across the organisation.
  • Auditing compensation information and producing reports, to provide a market leading compensation offer.
  • Planning and overseeing annual salary reviews, benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Creating and circulating compensation and MI reports.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine compensation benchmarking and salary adjustments.

     Essential requirements:
  • Strong compensation experience in a fast paced HR change environment
  • Advanced understanding of compensation systems, processes and best practice
  • Experience of working across a team of multi-geography stakeholders
  • Degree/CIPD qualification – or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables and formulas
  • A collaborative and flexible approach – but also able to work independently
