Main duties and responsibilities:
Take the lead on managing and communicating compensation policies and data across the organisation. Auditing compensation information and producing reports, to provide a market leading compensation offer. Planning and overseeing annual salary reviews, benchmarking and job evaluations. Creating and circulating compensation and MI reports. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine compensation benchmarking and salary adjustments.
Essential requirements:
Strong compensation experience in a fast paced HR change environment Advanced understanding of compensation systems, processes and best practice Experience of working across a team of multi-geography stakeholders Degree/CIPD qualification – or equivalent experience Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables and formulas A collaborative and flexible approach – but also able to work independently
