Our client, an independent professional firm based in Mayfair, London are seeking a Company Secretary.
The firm offer Wealth Management, Tax Solutions, Corporate Finance, Family Office, Pension Services and other Specialist Services for a variety of clients.
The role will involve you providing a full professional company secretarial service, for various clients, attending board meetings, preparing agendas and producing minutes. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining high standards of corporate governance, keeping up to date with technical knowledge and making sure operational excellence is delivered to clients.
You will hold a professional qualification such as ICSA and have a strong background of working within a company secretarial function, preferably within practice, although candidates from an in-house environment will be considered. You will also possess excellent written and communication skills, as you will be liaising with Directors, Executive Management and Shareholders.
