The main duties of this role are to;

Provide a high level of Company House Administration to the Business Law team.

Monitor and manage the Company House updates, as and and when required.

To provide basic business administration across the business law team.

Our client is a reputable, well established, Edinburgh based legal practice with a leading legal team and tax specialists.

Description

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high level of secretarial support to the Business Law team and to provide basic company administration including;

General corporate governance.

Dealing with Companies House administration including submission of Annual Returns.

Maintaining statutory books / registers.

Drafting board minutes.

Basic company administration including share allotments / transfers and dividends.

Incorporation of Companies including drafting articles of association.

Dealing with registered office mail.

Managing Blueprint Software.

Profile

The successful candidate will;

Have relevant experience in a similar role.

Be highly organised.

Have excellent communication skills.

Have strong research and analytical skills.

Experience of Blueprint software.

Have good IT skills including experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
