An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Tier 1 Bank firm based right in the city, has an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretary.
The role will involve direct reporting to senior level management and high level stakeholders.
the main responsibilities within the role are, but are not limited to:.
- Have responsibility for record keeping and responding to legal, regulatory and other external information requests, second line of defence reviews and internal audits.
- Act upon changes in legislation and regulation relevant to the responsibilities of the function as directed by the Group Risk Committee Secretary.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the Group and a clear understanding of its culture, very good working relationship with the regional teams and senior management and earn the trust, respect and co-operation of colleagues.
- To carry out short term activities as requested by the Head, Risk Committees and Risk Scanning under the supervision of the Group Risk Committee Secretary.
