My client, a Construction and Home Building Company, are looking to take on a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. You will be assisting and reporting to the General Counsel, Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full and timely compliance with the statutory obligations of the Group’s subsidiary and associate companies such as maintenance of the Group data and the preparation and filing of company and financial statements

Management of the Group’s various sharesave schemes

Maintenance and administration of the Group’s RNS announcements

Management of the Group’s registration and compliance with relevant legislation including GDPR, consumer credit, trade marks

Assistance with the Group’s annual report, FY and HY statements and AGM

Support ad hoc corporate projects, development of policies, liaison with other Group Departments and projects such as IT, HR, Tax and Treasury, as required

Experience & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar position/role in a comparable listed company and company secretary qualification – ICSA
