Your new role
My client is looking for an enthusiastic Company Secretarial candidate with existing experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a portfolio of clients, including some PLC clients, with their corporate governance and compliance requirements. This will include the updating of statutory records, incorporation of companies, filing confirmation statements and board support on corporate governance for large groups and PLCs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will either be recently or part ICSA qualified. In addition to that you will have around 2 years of company secretarial experience ideally. A positive 'can do' attitude is essential, as well as a thirst for learning. Excellent organisational skills are also required and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
