Location: Central London (commutable from Aldgate, Tower Hill, Liverpool Street and Bank)
Contract: 6 months FTC
As the Company Secretarial Assistant, you would support the Assistant Company Secretary with their duties. You will be responsible for the management of designated boards and committees, this includes arranging meetings, preparing papers, putting boards packs together and minuting meetings as and when required. You will manage core corporate information including terms of reference, authorised signatories lists and policy review schedules. You will liaise closely with other areas of the business including finance, compliance and legal.
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in a relevant financial or legal subject and have several years’ experience gained within insurance, financial services or another highly regulated industry. You must have experience of previously working in a similar Company Secretarial Assistant role. Experience of web-based software (i.e. Blueprint) and electronic boardroom applications is also essential
