City office of a highly regarded law firm requires a Company Commercial Solicitor.
Our client is an established full-service law firm providing legal advice to a broad range of clients both in the UK and overseas. Having grown steadily over recent years, their network of offices now covers the South East of England and Central London, providing a positive and dynamic environment for their partners and over 30 lawyers. Due to the current growth of the department, they are now seeking an additional Company Commercial Solicitor for their office in the City.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Company Commercial Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the heart of London. Working closely with one of the firms’ partners, the successful Solicitor will handle a varied caseload encompassing all aspects of company matters including formations, compliance and commercial agreements, acting for a broad range of clients from across the capital and further afield. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will play an active role in networking and business development for the department and firm as a whole, with first class client care skills.

You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE.
You must have a solid background in Company Commercial matters with first class technical and client care skills;
You will be commercially focused with a detail-orientated approach;
Have a flair for networking and business development;
You will be a team player and equally able to work on your own initiative as required.
