Company Commercial Solicitor

This growing, successful regional firm is seeking to appoint a Company Commercial solicitor to join their prominent Commercial team. The successful Company Commercial solicitor will join a progressive modern law firm that is offering fast track career progression to an ambitious solicitor with a background in company commercial that is keen to progress quickly.

Working in a collaborative working environment, you will work closely with the Partner and will work on a variety of company commercial matters that can include: commercial agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, company formations, company restorations, company secretarial duties and largely acquisitions and disposals.

You will be an ambitious qualified solicitor who is an excellent communicator. You can expect to join an ambitious, growing firm that actively promotes individuals that are keen to progress. The successful candidate playing an active role in business development allowing for career progression and becoming an integral part of a supportive, experienced team.

On offer is a lucrative package of £30-45k, a bonus of 20%, the opportunity for quarterly pay rises and fast track career progression.
