Due to this fantastic growth we now require a bookkeeper / Accountant to work 1-2 days a week based at our HQ in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Responsible for data entry & the bookkeeping of all company sales and expenditure movements in QuickBooks, you will control the company accounts, file quarterly VAT returns,control purchase ledger & cost centres, complete bank reconciliations and all other day to day book keeping / accounting duties. You will also prepare all accounts for annual review from our external accountants /auditors and complete annual accounts submissions and corporation tax calculations and CT600 submission. .
You must have experience of and a very high working knowledge of QuickBooks, be a qualified bookkeeper or accountant and be available to work 1-2 days per week.
You should have at least 5 year's experience in a book keeping / accounting role, be very knowledgeable of all current legislation and must be AAT level 4 qualified and working towards CIMA or ACCA accreditation.
Experience within the recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential. Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail are an absolute must.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the role can be offered on an employed or consulting basis. Start available between Feb and April 2018, depending on personal circumstances. Package includes holidays, pension & health insurance.
