They now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Community Wellbeing Officer to join them where you will provide a first-class service developing and delivering new community wellbeing offer across their Extra Care housing schemes and in the communities.
As a Community Wellbeing Officer, you will act as a key point of contact for the development of the new community wellbeing service with a prominent role in research, delivery and evaluation in addition to customer engagement and satisfaction.
Our client is looking for someone who has experience of working within a community wellbeing environment with experience of developing services, as well as research and evaluation skills. The role requires you to have an understanding of the 5 ways to Health with the ability to establish effective and productive partnerships with public, private and third-party agencies.
The role will also be a key contact for the development of the service offer for their new scheme in Knowsley, supporting the team to develop services and prepare for the launch of the scheme in 2019.
You will have good written and verbal communications and numeracy skills, coupled with GCSE’s or equivalent in maths and English.
Experience in customer engagement is important as is having a flexible approach, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
