Community Support Worker

We require dynamic, enthusiastic, energetic and confident people to work in the Outreach Team in Scunthorpe, to support service users with Autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and Dementia.

You will demonstrate a warm, caring and empowering approach to working with people in their own homes, this includes personal care, medication support and accessing the community accessing activities and health appointments.

You must be flexible and willing to work weekends and have your own vehicle/transport.
