Community Psychiatric Nurse - Homeless Mental Health Team

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong interest in working with individuals with complex mental health needs in a community setting including homelessness and asylum accommodation. You will be motivated to provide clinical leadership to the Homeless Mental Health Team and take responsibility for designated tasks within Homeless and Asylum Health Services. You will have a sound and tested knowledge of providing mental health care in the community. You will provide skilled nursing support and effective care planning, implementation and evaluation of agreed interventions via the mediums of one to one sessions, treatment clinics and team duty. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and for the supervision of and delegation of work to junior staff. It is essential you have significant experience working in a community mental health setting. A current Driving Licence is required for this post. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotland's PVG Scheme.
